ETC is athe latest venture for HCE into the VoIP arena.

Most VoIP products, both software & hardware appear to be developed for the US market.  On many products, this is not really an issue.  However, on telephony cards, this can be problematic.  One of the best selling items, the single FXO (made famaous by the X100P and its clones) utilises chipsets that are for US specifications, therefore, features like caller ID (CID/CLI) can be problematic, if they work at all, in the Uk & EU.

ETC in is the process of developing a range of cards that should be relatively 'plug & play' in as much as when the cards are inserted into the hardware platform, they are automatically detected and set up for the relevent EU telecoms market.

ETC will also be introducing a range of endpoints (handsets) offering a full set of features and made to the highest standards, but with lower costs.  This allows consumers and businesses easier access to the features that VoIP telephony can bring, but without the high entry cost.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
